Was amazed at how well it cleaned the pool. Did have a hard time keeping the hose in the middle of the skimmer, but finally figured out how to keep it from slipping off.

Product cleans the entire bottom of my 20' above ground pool. It takes longer than if I vacuumed by hand, but since I don't have a lot of time to stand there it works great.

I hook it up about daily, sometimes twice if it was windy. It picks up small and medium pieces very well. Some leaves I have to hand-pick.

I attach the hoses to the filter system and to the bug, and turn it on. Easy-peasy! I run it about 2 hours. For our usage and tree leaves, it works well.

I have a 15X30' oval pool and it clean the entire pool in just 3 hours. Hoses will occasionally twist but that is a small inconvenience for the good job that it does.

I love my Aqua Bug!!! As long as your pool's filter is kept clean then the Aqua Bug works awesome. It is so easy to use. Occasionally the tubing gets tangled, but I wouldn't give it up for the world.

I had to buy some extra pieces of hose because my pool is a 30ft. round above ground. It cleans well but sometimes it gets stuck by the ladder. Otherwise, it's been great.

THIS IS A MOST EXCELLENT PRODUCT; WE JUST REPLACED OUR ORIGINAL FROM MANY YEARS AGO. THE BUG DOES A GREAT JOB IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME THAT THE CLEANING SEEMS ALMOST PROFESSIONAL.

THIS TIME AROUND WE ADDED THE IN-LINE LEAF CANISTER BECAUSE WE HAVE A FEW TREES AROUND OUR PROPERTY. THIS TOO HAS BEEN A WELCOMED ADDITION.

Tubes have to be laid flat. Take part every time you use it. After second use was already acting up not running on bottom.

This is my second Aqua Bug the hoses rotted after 10 years. New model has shorter hoses that tend to tangle during cleaning. Sometimes new and improved is not better. Should have left old design.

So far, we haven't been able to get the Aqua Bug to work likes it's supposed to. It's very easy to set-up. The Aqua Bug constantly turns sideways, tips alot on the bottom of the pool. It seems to have a hard time moving on the bottom of the pool as compared to the DVD we watched. Out pumps reading says 15 - 16 psi and seems to have adequate amount of water pressure. Instead of moving, the aqua bug will turn in circls. From my description above, does it seem like were doing something wrong? Open to suggestions.

The AcquaBug was a huge mistake!! The idea sounds great, but the quality of the product is horrible. If even the slightest piece of debris gets caught inside, the thing stops moving and just sits on the bottom of your pool. I put it in my pool and it stopped working after 15 min. I called Hayward who told me to stick a finger in the cleaner to un-jam the turbine, which I did. Great - it worked ... for about another 15 min!!! So I did that a couple of times and then realized that it was ridiculous. You buy a cleaner to save yourself work, not to add to it! [...]

We like it alot, except having to take it apart when we take it out of the pool...that is a pain, but it is to keep the tubes straight.

I had an older model for over 8 years. I have a 24 ft round above ground and my sister has a an oval the same size. We wouldn't use any thing else. Easy to use setup and put away. A must buy and this site had the best price I could find even with shipping.

This cleaner is great!!! I do have to check on it often because it tends to get stuck sometimes. Even though, I wouldn't return it for anything. It really does the job. My pool is sparkling clean every day. I love it!!!

Inexpensive when on sale, works well until warranty expires and then goes in circles wrapping around the hose. Too expensive to repair so I buy a new one about every 1.5 to 2 years and get new hoses with the cleaner.

I (used) this for my above ground pool and hate it!
I would only do one side of the pool and I had a really hard time getting it to stay at the bottom.

MY BUG WORKS GREAT. FOUND OUT THAT I HAD A PRESSURE PROBLEM AND OF COURSE AT FIRST I BLAMED MY BUG. AFTER I CLEANED MY FILTER SAND MY BUG REALY STARTED DOING HIS JOB. GLAD I PURCHASED HIM!

Be sure to remove all water balloon pieces from the pool,and any small objects.I use every day and let it clean at night, the next morning the pool is clean and ready to go. Thanks Aquabug.
